Recruitment Flow

1. Publish Recruitment Information: Kosga publishes recruitment information through official website, Kosga and other channels.

2. Receiving resumes: applicants should submit resumes according to the requirements (send the application materials to the certain mailbox, etc.).

3. Interview assessment: Kosga invites candidates who have passed the resume screening to participate in the interview assessment.

4. Background investigation: Kosga conducts background investigation on the expected employees.

5. Entry physical examination: Kosga informs the employee to attend the physical examination at the designated hospital within the specified time.

6. Entry: after passing the physical examination, go through the entry procedures and report to the corresponding department.
