Heavy Medium hydrocyclones is constructed with cylinder and cones, utilizes centrifugal separation principle to separate light product (clean coal) and heavy product (gangue). The device is widely applied in primary and secondary separation process, roughing process, cleaning process and etc.

The use of heavy-medium hydrocyclones for small machine grade concentration as a substitute for hydraulic jigging machines will allow reduction of combustible matter losses with production rejects thereby increasing the yield of concentrate. This replacement is implemented primarily at plants where coarse machine grade is concentrated in heavy-medium separators. 

1.According to the feeding method, feed structure could be divided into the involute feeding, the volute pre-classifying feeding,

spiral feeding etc.

2.According to cone structure, it could be divided into flat bottom structure, multi-cone structure, the cone angle gradient

structure, etc.

3.According to the overflow way, it could be divided into the air conditioning and energy saving overflow cap, thick wall overflow

pipe and other design.

4.Personalized structure design is available. We can produce suitable hydrocyclone according to client’s demand or working condition. Various wear-resisting material: High alumina ceramic, rubber, polyurethane, ceramic composite materials.
